A Student Support Blueprint is a personalized support plan built around an individual student. It turns the information you provide into practical strategies, visuals, adult language, and recommendations to help the adults supporting the student work more consistently and effectively.
Yes. Bridge & Bloom is designed to support students with a wide range of strengths, needs, communication styles, behaviors, and support needs. Each Blueprint is individualized based on the information provided.
Only provide the information needed to build the student’s Blueprint. Basic information such as a first name or initials, grade or age range, and relevant information about the student’s strengths, needs, communication, environment, preferences, and existing supports can help create more individualized support.

Protect student privacy: Please do not include unnecessary personally identifiable information, medical records, or other sensitive information in your responses.
That’s okay. Answer as many questions as you can and provide the information you have. The more relevant information you provide, the more individualized and useful your Blueprint can be.
Designed to Support the Team — Not Replace It
No. A Student Support Blueprint does not replace an IEP, IFSP, 504 Plan, behavior plan, or any other required educational plan. It is an additional support tool designed to help the adults around the student implement individualized supports more consistently.
No. Related service providers are experts in their respective fields, and their professional expertise, evaluations, recommendations, and services remain essential. Bridge & Bloom is designed to complement—not replace—the work of teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, behavior specialists, psychologists, administrators, and other professionals supporting the student.
No. A Blueprint is designed to work alongside existing supports and professional recommendations. It helps bring information and strategies together into a practical, individualized plan that the adults around the student can use consistently.
No. Bridge & Bloom does not diagnose students or determine eligibility for special education or related services. It is a support-planning tool designed to help educational teams organize information and develop practical strategies based on the information provided.

No. You can purchase a Student Support Blueprint using guest checkout. Creating an account is not required to complete your purchase.

Yes. You will need to purchase each blueprint separately. Purchasing multiple blueprints and bundles coming soon.

After completing the Student Support Blueprint questions, your responses are transformed into an individualized Blueprint. Details about how your completed Blueprint will be delivered will be provided during the process.
Yes. Student Support Blueprints are designed to support collaboration among the adults working with the student and can be shared with the appropriate members of the student’s support team.
Not yet. Currently, each Blueprint is created from the information provided when it is completed. The ability to update and revise an existing Blueprint is coming soon.
